AI automation for small and medium businesses, 12 clients across the US, Spain and Malta

Why I started it

Businesses lose hours every day to repetitive work: answering the same calls, chasing the same leads, moving the same data between tools. That is time they could spend growing. The automation that fixes it existed, but nothing affordable existed for small and medium businesses. Plenova was built to give local businesses the systems big companies have, at a price they can pay.

How it ran

Most of it was me: the cold calls, the discovery, the live demos, the builds and the support. Clients ranged from snow removal and delivery companies to car dealerships, private equity firms, restaurants, cafes and cleaning services. For each one we shipped working systems: AI phone receptionists, WhatsApp agents with human handoff, CRM pipelines, reactivation campaigns, QuickBooks and accounting automations, and integrations between the tools they already used.

At peak, Plenova reached 16 clients and $10,000 in revenue in a single month in its first year.

Where it is now

I have stopped onboarding new clients to focus on other businesses. Plenova still operates, and I still help my clients when they need it.
